Aquaponics

Safety

A quick word before you start scavenging.

Everything here is what worked for me. It is not instructions, and it is not advice for your situation. Aquaponics mixes water, electricity, livestock and food you are going to eat, so the stakes are real if you get it wrong.

Source your bits, build your system and stock your fish at your own risk. I do not take any responsibility for how you put yours together or for what happens if you copy mine. Check that anything you reuse is food grade and safe for your waterpath, follow your local electrical rules for anything near water, and confirm what fish you are legally allowed to keep in Queensland before you buy.

If something on this site saves you money, brilliant. If you are unsure about any of it, stop and get proper training first.
